Return & Refund Policy

JOYRAY primarily serves B2B and professional clients. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation

All orders should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Customized or bulk orders may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is defective upon arrival (DOA)

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original packaging


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or branded products

  • Bulk or project-based orders

  • Products damaged by improper handling after delivery


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
